최근 미국의 Bar와 레스토랑에서 소주칵테일이 유행하고 있나보다.

• Shochu cocktails are showing up in cutting-edge bars and restaurants.
• Traditional martini? Yawn. Saketini? Already done that. With the luxury limits of other liquors already tested, more exotic liquors, like shochu, are being added to the mix.
• A plus: Shochu’s not considered hard liquor and can be served wherever wine can be.
